Thanksgiving at Steve and Cathy's

Thanksgiving was held at Steve's this year and was a much better holiday than last year's. Dad and of course Mom were able to be back with us this year. We again held hands around the table and gave thanks for all of our blessings. We have this tradition as many families do of each one of us saying what it is we are thankful for. Even the little guys have something they want to give thanks for. I love it. We played Thanksgiving Bingo. It was a really cute little game, but the best part was Jack helping Grandpa Karrer cover his card. We even got Grandma to play.(in spite of her hating games) Dad won three times in a roll. This may explain why Mom hates to play. Hay, I guess I just had to figure that out. Why play when Dad always wins. Steve and Cathy's house looked beautiful. They have a beautiful home in the woods and it is decorated beautifully in a country charm style. Cathy also had lovely Fall decorations throughout the house and enough seating for all who were there. Again it was a very nice holiday. It rained most of the day and was a very cold rain, so no one spent much time outside. Dad said he had never eaten so much in his whole life. Thanks to all the cooks and the host and hostess.
